BEASLEYS RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase from our online shop, please email us at email@example.com and we will be glad to help.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please attach a receipt or proof of purchase!
Once your return is received and complies with our policy, we will send you a confirmation email.
Following the above stages, in the case of a refund, credit will automatically be re-applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event of an exchange, your re-order will be processed and dispatched once your originally purchased item has been received by us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will only accept returns that use a Royal Mail trackable postal service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account again.
Should the refund still not be visible, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns policy for in-store purchases:
Unwanted items may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued, if returned with a proof of purchase, in saleable condition and all tickets attached. Please aim to return your item(s) to us within a 30-day period.
We are sorry however no refunds will be granted on unwanted items.
