NPS Shoes Ltd. Est. 1881
Based in Northamptonshire, England.
The Northamptonshire Productive Society was founded in 1881 by five men from Wollaston who, in order to establish a regular income, formed a cooperative of shoemakers. Shortly after, they secured a year-long production order from the government for army boots.
This cooperative marked the beginning of Solovair boots and shoes. For 35 years Solovair produced shoes and boots under the name 'Dr Martens by Solovair'.
Now operating as an independent company, NPS combine 130 years of traditional craftsmanship and tooling with modern technology and materials to produce the finest quality footwear.
These Solovair classic 7 eye monkey boots in burgundy rub-off are 100% leather with soft suspension Goodyear welted soles.
